Residential (Overnight) Camp
-
Two counselors live in the tent with the campers and lead the tent family to activities. The Mags participate in all-camp games and evening programs with the traditional residential camp campers and allows 7 and 8-year-olds to sample the joys of PLYC. Campers MUST be 7 or 8 years old at the time camper is attending – NO EXCEPTIONS. We must follow our insurance requirements.
Half Week Sessions
The half-week session is designed for greater supervision for 7 and 8-year-old campers. Our Mag 7 & 8's program runs from Sunday to Wednesday or from Wednesday to Saturday. If you feel your 7 or 8-year-old camper has the maturity to do the entire week, then don’t miss out. Registering for both A and B sessions results in a $50 multi-session discount. The holdover period between the A and B sessions is included in the fee.
**Please be aware that 8-year-olds can register for the Mag 7&8’s program or the traditional week-long program. Mag 7&8’s campers cannot be bunked with campers who are in the traditional week-long session.

Campers in our residential camp program will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of camp activities such as archery, swimming, boating, sports, crafts and more. We offer multiple activity blocks throughout the week that allow the campers to choose which activities they would like to participate in.
-
Teen campers have the opportunity to participate in the standard camp programs as well as some teen specific activities such as advanced craft projects and boating trips.

Phantom Lake YMCA Camp’s overnight camp offers wonderful opportunities for kids to engage in activities that they will most likely not anywhere else.
They will get to swim in the lake, make bracelets in the Craft Shop, climb through our high ropes course, and participate in many other unique activities. They will get to do all of this while staying in a cabin with other kids their age, allowing them to make friendships and build bonds that can last a lifetime.
Every camper that comes to Phantom Lake will leave with the Phantom Spirit in them that they will share with the rest of the world.

($260 between session fee)
If your camper is attending two consecutive sessions, and you would like them to stay in between sessions, you must register for the Holdover Program. Laundry and meals are included in the Holdover Program fee.
-
If you register for a waitlisted session the deposit will not be processed. There is no financial obligation to be added to a waitlist. No charges will occur unless your child is moved off the waitlist and enrolled in the session. We will contact you if a spot opens to see if you are still interested before enrolling.
We are sorry but we cannot predict the chances of getting off the waitlist. It can happen at any time!
-
Once we receive the registration with a deposit and enroll your camper, a Tentmate Request Form will be available. Go to “Forms & Documents” on your CampInTouch account to add your requests (maximum: 2 requests). This form will be available to be amended until June 1.
We want to make sure that you have time to verify that your requests are registered for camp and that they are also requesting your child.
Please read our tentmate policy in our Residential Camp Parent Handbook for more information.

All camp fees including the deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE. A deposit of $125 per child, per session, is required with registration and will be credited toward the camp fee.

If cancellation is made May 1 or after: Phantom Lake YMCA Camp will retain 50% of all paid fees and credit the remaining 50% to your CampInTouch account to use the following year. We will only hold a credit for the following year.
