October 1: Registration for overnight camp opens

January 1: Registration for day camp opens

    1. Sign up for a CampInTouch account (Click the “Login” button in the upper right corner of the screen and click “Sign Up”)

    2. Complete the online “Camper Application” on the CampInTouch portal under the “Your Family” section

    3. Complete any necessary forms on the portal under “Forms and Documents”

    4. Review the parent handbook for your campers’ program

    1. Login to your CampInTouch account

    2. Complete the online camper registration on CampInTouch

    3. Complete other necessary forms on the portal

    4. Review the parent handbook for your campers’ program

Financial Assistance Information

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Our registration opens on different dates depending on the program you are looking for. Below are the dates registration will be opening up for the 2027 season.

    Residential Camp: October 1, 2026

    Day Camp: January 1, 2027

  • With our registration portal, we have to go in once your camper application is complete and finalize your camper’s enrollment for their selected sessions. Once we have completed the enrollment process on our end, your payment will be processed. Typically, we are able to process the enrollment in under 24 hours of the application submission.

  • Pay by Debit/Credit Card

    This payment option is preferred by most families as there is only a limited waiting period between the time of application and the time the payment is processed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

    Pay by Check

    Checks are valid payment options as well if you would prefer. Checks must be received within 5 days of application submission in order to retain your camper’s spot in the selected session(s).

    Financial Assistance and Payment Plans

    We understand that some families may not be able to pay the fee of camp in full at the time of application submission. We do offer payment plans through our Business Office. Please email office@phantomlakeymca.org if you are interested.
