  • If you will be taking medication (prescriptions, vitamins, over the counter medication, etc.) while at camp please print the attached Medication Form and make sure it is properly signed. Please bring in a sealable bag with your name (first and last) on it. The medication must be in the original properly labeled containers.

    We cannot accept expired medication.

Contact office@phantomlakeymca.org with any further questions about medication distribution at camp.

  • Phantom Lake YMCA Camp is a screen-free environment. Youth Leaders are not permitted to have their phones while at camp. If they bring one to camp for any reason, it must be turned into the Youth Leader staff team (The Dugout) during check-in.

If a parent needs to get in contact with their youth leader during the week, please contact our Business Office by calling 262-363-4386 or email office@phantomlakeymca.org.

  • If you are driving yourself to your camp session, you are responsible for completing the check-in and out process. During check-in, you will be told where to park your vehicle. After your vehicle is parked, you will turn in your car keys to the Youth Leader staff (the Dugout). Once you have completed your camp session, your car keys will be returned to you.

If you are bringing medications to camp, make sure that you bring the printed Medication Form signed by a parent/guardian.
