Phantom Lake YMCA Camp Adds Mukwonago-Area Leader Joe Graczyk To Board of Directors
Phantom Lake YMCA Camp, the oldest YMCA Camp in the nation, announced today its newest board member, Joe Graczyk, a lifelong resident of the Mukwonago area.
“As someone who has spent a lifetime making memories along the shores of Phantom Lake, I’m thrilled to join the board of Phantom Lake YMCA Camp, an integral part of the very fabric of the Mukwonago community that has shaped the lives of campers for 120 years,” Graczyk said. “I’m determined to do my part to help ensure the camp remains a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and enriching experience for the next 120 years.”
Graczyk brings more than 23 years of experience with Optum Healthcare, where he has built a career focused on quality, service excellence, and operational leadership. He has a strong track record of supporting teams, improving outcomes, and serving others with integrity and accountability. He also served for six years as Chairman of the Phantom Lakes Management District, providing leadership centered on stewardship, collaboration, and long-term sustainability.
“As a lifelong resident of the Mukwonago area, Joe is deeply committed to the strength and well-being of the local community,” Phantom Lake YMCA Camp CEO Jeff Spang said. “His deep local knowledge and experience as a Phantom Lake property owner, as well as his leadership of the Phantom Lakes Management District, will help advance our strategic priorities of safety, stability, service and satisfaction.”
